Experienced coaches, monthly feedback and certification at the end of the trainee programme will help you master this challenge and get to know KATE & TOM better.

All trainee programmes are designed for a period of one year and offer you the chance to grow beyond your own limits, to learn new things and to be part of a motivated and passionate team. After successfully completing your trainee program at KATE & TOM, you will have acquired a good basic knowledge of the company's internal processes and standards and will from now on support us in making plant-based cuisine an experience.
